The Mission: Increase online sales, grow subscribers and social following.

Kat the Label is a bespoke, boutique lingerie brand offering a fiercely feminine take on everyday intimates. They came to Megaphone to help grow their online sales along with their email database and social followings consistently and effectively. They looked at MTM Agency as a way to ensure each dollar spent would provide them with the best possible return.

SOLUTION

In order to simultaneously grow sales, social followers and email subscribers, we leveraged a viral competition in which we offered a prize of $1000 worth of product to one lucky winner.

 

Those who entered the competition were provided with additional social actions that they could take to receive additional entries into the competition, such as ‘Follow us on Instagram’.

 

We also utilised a 3-step email sequence paired with a 3-stage facebook funnel to maximise sales from these newly engaged prospects.

THE RESULTS

Through constant split testing of ads, audiences, retargeting windows and viral competitions we were able to significantly scale Kat the Label’s online sales with no ceiling in sight. The brand has gone to new heights, with the collaboration of influencers supporting our digital efforts.
